The main focus of Water Source Heating & Cooling is the installation of Geothermal heating & cooling products in both residential and commercial applications. We specialize in both new construction installation and installation in existing homes. We use a variety of geothermal products from WaterFurnace, including some of our more popular products which are shown below. The Envision unit utilizes a dual capacity compressor for both high and low speed heating & cooling operation, while the Synergy 3 unit is capable of both forced air and hot water operation for buildings that have incorporated floor heat into the construction. There are many different systems developed by WaterFurnace, each with different function, which gives us the flexibility to design the best possible system for each application.

Synergy
The WaterFurnace Synergy 3 is a premium system designed especially for those who expect the ultimate in performance. This 3-in-1 system combines both ducted heating and cooling with radiant floor heating to create the perfect home comfort system for you.
In the winter months, the Synergy 3 system heats the home by forcing warm air through the duct system. During the warmer, summer months, the system automatically reverses flow and provides cool, dehumidied air throughtout the home without the need for a noisy external AC unit.
EW
The EW Series units from WaterFurnace are a smart choice for radiant floor heating. By flowing heated water through tubing encased in your floors, the EW Series provides a warm, relaxing floor covered with tile, wood, linoleum, or stone that will stay warm even on the coldest nights.
